Posted on Dec 26, 2023I've been using the KIVIK Loveseat cover for a while now, but I'm having trouble removing the old one. The fabric seems stuck to the loveseat. Can you provide some tips on how to remove it without damaging either the cover or the loveseat?

Answered on Dec 28, 2023To remove the KIVIK Loveseat cover without damaging it or the furniture, try the following:
1. Locate the zippers or fasteners on the cover. These are typically along the bottom or back of the cushions.
2. Carefully unzip or unfasten the cover, working slowly and gently to avoid tearing the fabric.
3. If the cover seems stuck, use a plastic putty knife or credit card to gently loosen the fabric, being careful not to scratch the loveseat.
4. Once the cover is fully unattached, lift it off the loveseat.
5. If there is any residue left on the loveseat, use a mild cleaning solution and a soft cloth to wipe it away.
Take your time and work slowly to avoid any damage. The cover is designed to be easily removable, so with a little patience, you should be able to take it off without issue

Can I use this Skiftebo dark gray cover on my loveseat even though it's not specifically designed for the Kivik model? If so, are there any specific installation instructions or recommendations I should follow?
