Posted on Dec 27, 2023I just got my Segersta multicolor cover and it's missing the tie straps that usually come with it to secure the cover on the loveseat. Can I get those replaced or is there an alternative way to keep the cover in place?

Answered on May 28, 2023To remove the STOCKSUND cover from your loveseat, start by locating the zippers or fasteners on the underside of the furniture. Carefully unzip or unfasten the cover, taking care not to pull or tug too hard. Once the cover is detached, you can gently lift it off the loveseat. Be mindful of any cords or attachments that may be connected to the cover. With a little patience, you should be able to remove the cover successfully
