Posted on Sep 30, 2023I love the idea of these LED string lights with jingle bells! Can you please confirm if the lights are replaceable or if they're part of a fixed strip? I'd like to know if I can reuse them in future years.

Answered on Oct 02, 2023The LED lights in the STRÅLA string light are not replaceable. They are part of a fixed strip, so you cannot replace individual lights. However, the entire string light set can be reused in future years. The estimated lifespan of the LED lights is 20,000 hours, so you should be able to enjoy these lights for many holiday seasons to come

Answered on Dec 10, 2022The most likely issue with your STRÅLA LED string light not working after a few months of use is a problem with the batteries. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Replace the batteries. The STRÅLA uses 3 AA batteries, so try replacing them with new, high-quality batteries.
2. Check the battery compartment. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and that the compartment is free of any corrosion or damage.
3. Inspect the power switch. Ensure the power switch is in the "on" position and is functioning properly.
4. Check the light connections. Examine the connections between the LED lights and the battery pack. Make sure they are secure and not damaged.
If these basic troubleshooting steps don't resolve the issue, the problem may be with the LED lights or the internal circuitry, which would likely require a repair or replacement of the product

Posted on Jul 29, 2022I've set up my Stråla LED string light on the Christmas tree, but I noticed that some of the lights are not working properly. Some of them flicker or turn off after a few minutes. How can I troubleshoot this issue?
Are there any specific steps I should take to ensure all the lights are functioning correctly?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Jul 31, 2022To troubleshoot the issue with the flickering or turning off lights on your STRÅLA LED string light, try the following steps:
1. Check the battery compartment and ensure the batteries are properly installed with the correct polarity (+/-). Replace the batteries if they are low or drained.
2. Inspect the light string for any loose or damaged connections between the individual LED lights. Gently reconnect any loose wires or contacts.
3. Look for any kinks, tangles or damage to the light string itself. Carefully straighten out the string and avoid sharp bends that could interrupt the electrical connection.
4. Ensure the on/off switch is functioning properly and not stuck in the off position. Try turning it off and on again to reset the lights.
5. If the issue persists with certain LED lights, those individual lights may be faulty and need to be replaced. Contact IKEA for replacement parts or instructions on how to do this.
Following these troubleshooting steps should help you identify and resolve the problem with the flickering or non-working lights on your STRÅLA LED string
