Posted on Sep 21, 2023I just received my Stråla LED table lamp and I'm having trouble attaching the base to the stem. The holes don't seem to be aligned properly, can you provide any tips on how to align them correctly?

Answered on Sep 23, 2023To align the base to the stem on your STRÅLA LED table lamp, try the following:
1. Ensure the base and stem are properly oriented. The base should have a circular opening that matches the shape of the stem.
2. Gently insert the stem into the base, being careful not to force it. The holes should line up properly.
3. If the holes still don't align, try slightly rotating the base until you find the right position where the holes match up.
4. Once the holes are aligned, insert the screws provided and tighten them securely to attach the base to the stem.
If you continue to have difficulty, double-check that all the components are undamaged and free of obstructions. With a little patience, you should be able to get the base and stem properly aligned and assembled
