Posted on Jan 28, 2024I would like to know if the lights can be replaced if one of them stops working. Also, are they replaceable with spare bulbs or do I need to buy a whole new string light?

Answered on Jan 30, 2024The STRÅLA LED string lights are designed to be non-replaceable. If one of the lights stops working, you would need to replace the entire string light set. The individual LED lights are not designed to be replaced separately. To fix the issue, you would need to purchase a new STRÅLA LED string light set

Answered on Jul 27, 2023The STRÅLA LED string light with 12 snowflake lights is not dimmable and does not have a brightness adjustment feature. The lights on this product are fixed at a single brightness level of 12 lumens. There is no way to dim or adjust the brightness of the lights on this particular IKEA string light product

Posted on Jul 01, 2023I have a STRÅLA LED string light with 12 lights, but one of the snowflakes has stopped working. Is there a replacement available for just that individual snowflake? Or do I need to replace the entire string of lights?

Answered on Jul 03, 2023The STRÅLA LED string light with 12 lights is designed as an integrated unit, so individual snowflake replacements are not available. If one of the snowflakes has stopped working, you will need to replace the entire string of lights. The good news is that the estimated life of the STRÅLA LED lights is 20,000 hours, so the rest of the lights should continue functioning for a long time. To replace the full string, you can purchase a new STRÅLA LED string light from IKEA
