Posted on Aug 27, 2022I love the idea of using recycled materials for the shade! However, I'm having some trouble assembling the lamp. The instructions seem a bit unclear and I'm having trouble getting the shade to attach properly to the base. Could you provide me with some additional guidance or a video tutorial that shows how to assemble the lamp correctly?

Answered on Aug 29, 2022To assemble the LAUTERS floor lamp correctly, please follow these steps:
1. Start by ensuring you have all the required parts - the lamp base, the adjustable metal pole, and the fabric shade.
2. Attach the metal pole securely to the lamp base. There should be a threaded connection that allows you to twist the pole into the base until it is tightly in place.
3. With the pole attached, you can now slide the fabric shade down over the top of the pole. Make sure the shade is centered and sits flush against the base.
4. Once the shade is in position, you can adjust the height of the lamp by gently pulling the pole up or pushing it down to your desired setting.
5. Finally, tuck any excess cord into the opening in the lamp base to keep the area neat and tidy.
