Answered on Jun 01, 2023Yes, you can adjust the hinges on the door to make it open wider or narrower. The snap-on hinges on this SEKTION cabinet can be easily removed and repositioned to change the door opening angle.
Additionally, the shelves inside the cabinet are adjustable, so you can customize the spacing to accommodate larger items. The shelves are designed to be moved up or down as needed to fit your storage requirements

Posted on Sep 25, 2022I've installed the high cabinet/pull-out int fittings and I'm having trouble with the doors not aligning properly when closing. The door damper seems to be getting in the way of proper alignment.
Is there a solution or adjustment that can be made to resolve this issue?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Sep 27, 2022The issue with the door alignment is likely due to the door damper mechanism. Here are the steps to adjust the door alignment:
1. First, remove the door completely by unclipping the snap-on hinges.
2. Locate the adjustment screws on the cabinet frame. There are typically two screws that control the horizontal and vertical position of the door.
3. Adjust these screws as needed to align the door properly. Turn the screws clockwise to move the door inward, and counterclockwise to move it outward.
4. Once the door is aligned, you can re-attach it by clipping the snap-on hinges back into place.
5. Ensure the door damper is not interfering with the door's movement. You may need to slightly adjust the positioning of the damper as well.
Test the door's movement and alignment after making these adjustments. Repeat the process as needed until you achieve the proper door fit and closure

Posted on Jul 20, 2022I'm having trouble installing the hinges on the door. The instructions are not clear and I'm worried about damaging the door or the cabinet. Can you provide a step-by-step guide on how to install the snap-on hinges?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Jul 22, 2022To install the snap-on hinges on the SEKTION high cabinet door:
1. Ensure the cabinet frame is securely mounted and level.
2. Locate the hinge mounting plates on the inside of the cabinet frame. These are the surfaces where the hinges will attach.
3. Snap the hinge arms onto the door, making sure they click into place securely.
4. Hold the door up to the cabinet frame, aligning the hinge arms with the mounting plates.
5. Gently push the hinge arms straight into the mounting plates until you hear them click into place.
6. Adjust the door position as needed using the screws on the hinge arms to ensure proper alignment and clearance.
7. Test the door by opening and closing it to ensure smooth operation.
Take your time and avoid forcing the hinges, as this could damage the door or cabinet. Let me know if you have any other questions
