Posted on Mar 27, 2023I have a few issues with my Tisksen basket, the suction cups are not sticking well to the glass surface of my shower door. What could be the reason for this? Is there anything I can do to improve the grip?

Answered on Mar 29, 2023The most likely reason the suction cups are not sticking well to your glass shower door is that the surface is not clean enough. Make sure to thoroughly clean and degrease the glass before attempting to attach the suction cups. Wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap scum, hard water deposits, or other residue. Once the surface is clean and dry, firmly press the suction cups onto the glass, making sure there are no air bubbles trapped underneath. You can also try lightly dampening the suction cups before attaching them, as this can help create a stronger seal. If the suction still doesn't hold, the suction cups may need to be replaced
