Posted on May 05, 2023I love the design! However, I accidentally scratched one of the frames when assembling it. Is there a way to replace or fix the frame?

Answered on May 07, 2023Unfortunately, the KNOPPÄNG frame with poster is not designed to be easily replaceable or repairable. The frame and poster are pre-assembled as a set. If one of the frames is damaged, the entire set would need to be replaced. Your best option would be to contact IKEA customer service to see if they can provide a replacement set or offer any suggestions on how to address the scratched frame. Replacement parts are not sold separately for this product

Posted on May 01, 2023I'd love to ask, can the frame be adjusted in size or is it fixed at 16x20"? I have a slightly different poster size and would like to know if there's any way to make it work.

Answered on May 03, 2023The KNOPPÄNG frame is fixed at 16x20" and cannot be adjusted in size. The frame is pre-assembled and designed to fit the included poster artwork. If you have a poster that is a slightly different size, unfortunately there is no way to make it work with this specific frame. Your best option would be to find a frame that matches the dimensions of your poster size

Posted on Sep 13, 2022I'm looking to purchase the KNOPPÄNG Frame with poster, but I'm wondering if it's possible to get a replacement poster if the one that comes with the frame becomes damaged or worn out?
If so, how do I go about ordering a new one?
