Posted on Oct 16, 2023I love the design of this plant stand! However, I have a bit of an issue with it. One of the shelves seems to be slightly uneven and my plants keep toppling over. Is there any way to adjust or level out the shelves? Maybe some sort of adjustment mechanism or a fix for uneven surfaces?

Answered on Oct 18, 2023The SATSUMAS plant stand does not have any built-in adjustment mechanism for the shelves. However, there are a few things you can try to level out the uneven shelf and prevent your plants from toppling over:
1. Check if the floor where the plant stand is placed is level. Use a spirit level to identify any unevenness in the floor and try relocating the stand to a more level surface.
2. You can try placing small furniture sliders or felt pads under the legs of the plant stand on the shorter side to raise that side and level out the shelf.
3. If the unevenness is slight, you can also try placing a thin, sturdy object like a wood shim or folded cardboard under the shorter leg to prop it up and level the shelf.
4. As a last resort, you can try gently bending the metal frame of the shelf to adjust the level, but be very careful not to damage the frame.
I hope these suggestions help you stabilize the SATSUMAS plant stand and keep your plants secure. Let me know if you have any other questions

Posted on Sep 20, 2022I am having trouble assembling the Satsumas plant stand. Specifically, I am having issues attaching the shelves to the legs of the stand. The instructions are unclear and I'm not sure how to get the shelves to align properly with the legs. Can you provide additional guidance or a video tutorial on how to assemble this product?

Answered on Sep 22, 2022To assemble the SATSUMAS plant stand, start by laying out all the components and hardware. Ensure you have all the required parts. The key steps are:
1. Attach the shelves to the legs by aligning the holes on the shelf brackets with the predrilled holes on the legs. Insert the screws provided and tighten them securely.
2. Make sure the shelves are level and evenly spaced as you attach them. This may require some adjustments to get the alignment right.
3. Double-check that all screws are tightened properly before standing up the plant stand.
If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend watching the assembly video on the IKEA website or contacting their customer service for further guidance. They should be able to provide more detailed step-by-step instructions to help you complete the assembly successfully
