Posted on Feb 11, 2023I have the Boaxel shelving unit, but when I assemble it, one of the shelves keeps falling off. Is there a specific way to secure them in place?

Answered on Feb 13, 2023To securely attach the shelves on the BOAXEL shelving unit, make sure to follow these steps:
1. Ensure the wall brackets are properly installed and level. This provides a stable foundation for the shelves.
2. When placing the shelves, make sure they are clicked firmly into the wall brackets. You should hear a distinct "click" sound when the shelf is locked in place.
3. Check that the shelf is sitting flush against the wall brackets without any gaps. This prevents the shelf from becoming loose or falling off.
4. If a shelf still feels unstable, you can try adding additional support by using the included shelf pins. Insert the pins into the designated holes on the wall brackets to further secure the shelf.
5. Periodically check the shelves and retighten or adjust them as needed to maintain a secure fit.
Following these steps carefully should help prevent the shelves from falling off your BOAXEL shelving unit
