Posted on Feb 06, 2024I am trying to install the PAX wardrobe combination, but I'm having trouble with the feet. They are not adjustable as described in the product description. Can you please provide instructions on how to adjust the feet or suggest a solution?

Answered on Feb 08, 2024The adjustable feet on the PAX wardrobe combination are designed to help compensate for any unevenness in the floor. If you are having trouble adjusting the feet, here are a few steps you can try:
1. Locate the small plastic caps at the bottom of each wardrobe leg. These caps cover the adjustable feet.
2. Remove the plastic caps by gently prying them off using a flat-head screwdriver or your fingers.
3. Once the caps are removed, you should see the adjustable feet underneath. Turn the feet clockwise to raise the wardrobe or counterclockwise to lower it.
4. Adjust each foot as needed to level the wardrobe and compensate for any floor unevenness.
5. Once the wardrobe is level, replace the plastic caps to cover the adjustable feet.
If you continue to have issues with the adjustable feet, please double-check the installation instructions or contact IKEA customer service for further assistance

Posted on Mar 28, 2023I'm trying to install the PAX wardrobe and I'm having trouble with the feet. They don't seem to be adjustable as described in the product description. Can you provide more information on how to adjust them or if there's a solution for this issue?

Answered on Mar 30, 2023The adjustable feet on the PAX wardrobe should allow you to compensate for any irregularities in the floor. Here are the steps to adjust the feet:
1. Locate the small plastic caps at the bottom of the wardrobe frame. These cover the adjustable feet.
2. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry off the plastic caps to expose the feet.
3. Use a wrench or pliers to turn the feet clockwise to raise the wardrobe or counter-clockwise to lower it. Turn the feet in small increments to make minor adjustments.
4. Once the wardrobe is level, replace the plastic caps to cover the adjustable feet.
If you are still having trouble getting the wardrobe level, double-check that the floor is even in that location. You may need to place shims under the wardrobe to level it properly. Let me know if you have any other questions
