Posted on May 30, 2023How do I adjust the height of the lamp? Is it possible to make any adjustments to the arm or shade to change the direction of the light? Can I purchase additional shades or accessories for this lamp?

Answered on Jun 01, 2023The UPPVIND floor lamp does not have any adjustable height or directional features. The lamp is a fixed height of 59 inches (150 cm). The arm and shade are not designed to be adjusted or repositioned.
Additional shades or accessories are not available for purchase separately for this specific lamp model. It is designed as a fixed, non-adjustable floor lamp.
If you would like to change the light direction or brightness, you can consider purchasing the separate TRÅDFRI remote control kit, which allows you to wirelessly dim the lamp and switch between warm and cold light settings

Answered on Aug 15, 2022The UPPVIND floor lamp is designed as a complete unit, so the shade is not intended to be replaced separately. The lamp comes with a specific oval-shaped shade that is an integral part of the overall design.
While it may be possible to find a replacement shade that could physically fit on the lamp base, I would not recommend doing so as it could affect the lamp's performance and appearance. The shade is carefully selected to work in harmony with the brass-plated base and provide the desired light output and ambiance.
The best option would be to continue using the original UPPVIND shade. If you wish to change the lighting effect, you could consider purchasing the TRÅDFRI remote control kit, as mentioned in the product description, to allow you to dim the lamp and adjust the color temperature as needed
