Posted on Jul 19, 2023I love this storage bench! I'm planning to install it in my bathroom, but I have a question about the hooks. Can I adjust the height of the hooks or are they fixed?

Answered on Jul 21, 2023The hooks on the HEMNES Storage bench are fixed and cannot be adjusted in height. They are positioned at a set height on the side of the bench. The product description does not mention the hooks being adjustable, so the hook height is not customizable and will remain at the pre-determined placement on the side of the storage bench

Posted on Mar 18, 2023I am having trouble closing the lid of my HEMNES storage bench with towel rail and hooks. The soft-closing hinges seem to be malfunctioning. Is there a way to adjust or repair these hinges?
