1. Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz WiFi network. The SYMFONISK speaker only supports 2.4GHz, not 5GHz.
2. Check that your WiFi network name and password are entered correctly on the speaker. The password is case-sensitive.
3. Try resetting the speaker by pressing and holding the reset button on the back for 5-10 seconds until the light starts blinking rapidly. This will reset the speaker's network settings.
4. Make sure there are no obstructions or interference between the speaker and your router. Walls, microwaves, and other devices can impact the WiFi signal.
