Posted on Aug 01, 2022I recently purchased the PAX/FORSAND wardrobe and I'm having some issues with one of the shelves. It seems to be slightly warped and won't fit properly in its slot. Can you provide me with a replacement shelf or instructions on how to fix it?

Answered on Aug 03, 2022To address the issue with the warped shelf, here are a few suggestions:
First, try adjusting the shelf by gently pressing down on the high side to flatten it out. The PAX system is designed with adjustable shelves, so this may help resolve the issue.
If the shelf is still not fitting properly after adjusting, you can order a replacement shelf from IKEA. You'll need to provide the specific model number of your PAX/FORSAND wardrobe to ensure you get the correct replacement part.
Alternatively, you could try reinforcing the existing shelf by attaching a thin piece of wood or metal along the underside. This can help stabilize the shelf and prevent further warping.
If the above options don't work, you may need to contact IKEA customer service for further assistance. They should be able to provide you with a replacement shelf or advise on the best way to resolve the issue
