It keeps slipping off the desk edges, making it difficult to manage my cords. Is there a way to secure it better or is this a common issue with this product?

Answered on Dec 28, 2022To adjust the height of the IDÅSEN Desk, follow these steps:
1. Locate the handle underneath the desktop. This is the mechanism used to raise or lower the desk.
2. Grip the handle and pull it outward to unlock the height adjustment.
3. While holding the handle, apply gentle upward or downward pressure to move the desktop to the desired height between 24 3/4" and 50".
4. Once the desk is at the preferred height, release the handle to lock it in place.
Be sure to adjust the desk height slowly and carefully to ensure a stable and secure position. The range of motion allows you to seamlessly transition between sitting and standing postures
