Posted on Mar 17, 2023I have the Millberget swivel chair in Murum black and I'm having trouble adjusting the tilt tension. The knob under the seat doesn't seem to be doing anything when I turn it.

1. Ensure the chair is fully assembled and all parts are tightened properly.
2. Locate the knob under the seat that controls the tilt tension. It may be stiff or stuck at first.
3. Try turning the knob firmly in both directions (clockwise and counter-clockwise) to loosen it up. You may need to apply a bit more force to get it moving.
4. Once the knob is turning freely, continue adjusting it to increase or decrease the tilt tension as desired. Turn it clockwise to increase the tension, and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
5. Test the chair's tilt by leaning back and forth to ensure the tension is set to your preferred level of resistance.
