Posted on Oct 08, 2022I'm having trouble installing the KUNGSFORS Rail. The screws provided don't seem to be fitting properly into the wall anchors. Can you provide some additional installation instructions or suggest a different type of screw that might work better?

Answered on Oct 10, 2022The KUNGSFORS Rail is designed to be mounted directly onto the wall using the provided screws and wall anchors. If the screws are not fitting properly into the wall anchors, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Ensure the wall anchors are properly installed in the wall. The anchors need to be securely in place before you can screw the rail into them.
2. Try using a different type of screw, such as a wood screw or drywall screw, that may grip the wall anchors better. Make sure the screw diameter matches the anchor holes.
3. If the wall material is particularly hard or uneven, you may need to pre-drill pilot holes before inserting the wall anchors and screws. This will help the screws grip the wall more securely.
4. Double-check that you are using the correct wall anchors recommended for your wall type. Different anchor types are needed for drywall, concrete, or other materials.
Let me know if you have any other questions! I'm happy to provide more detailed installation guidance to help you get the KUNGSFORS Rail mounted properly
