You can easily adjust the height of the desk between 24¾" and 50" by using the handle to get the best position for both sitting and standing.

This underframe is extendable, so you can use it with the following sizes of IDÅSEN tabletop: 47 1/4x27 1/2 cm and 63x31 1/2 cm.

Vary between sitting and standing by the desk to keep your body moving. IDÅSEN underframe can be height-adjusted between 63–127 cm to suit your height – both when you sit and stand.

I would like to know if the IDÅSEN sit/stand underframe can be used with a tabletop larger than the ones mentioned in the description, specifically a 72x31.5cm one. Is it possible to extend the underframe further or are there any other compatible options available?

The IDÅSEN sit/stand underframe is compatible with the specific tabletop sizes mentioned in the product description, which are 47 1/4x27 1/2 cm and 63x31 1/2 cm. Unfortunately, the underframe is not designed to be used with a larger 72x31.5cm tabletop. The underframe cannot be extended beyond the specified dimensions. If you require a larger tabletop, you would need to look for a different sit/stand desk solution that is compatible with the 72x31.5cm size. IKEA offers other sit/stand desk options that may work better for your needs
