Posted on Dec 07, 2023How do I adjust the height of the lamp? Is there a specific mechanism or screw that needs to be turned? Also, are the cord management features only for hiding excess cord or can it also be used to adjust the length of the cord itself?

Answered on Dec 09, 2023To adjust the height of the LAUTERS floor lamp, there is a telescoping mechanism in the lamp stem. Gently pull up or push down on the lamp shade to extend or retract the height as desired, within the 47" to 59" range.
The cord management features in the base are primarily for hiding any excess cord length, rather than adjusting the overall cord length itself. You can tuck the extra cord length into the hollow base to keep the area around the lamp looking neat and tidy
