The furniture in the SKRUVBY series is designed to go well together. Combine and match them as you like or use each piece of furniture as a beautiful solitaire.
The cable outlet at the back of the TV bench makes it easy to gather and organize all wires.
The open shelves are optimal when using the bench for TV/cable boxes as there are no doors or drawers to disturb the signal from the remote controls.
Adjustable shelves make it easy to customize the space according to your needs.
The surface is durable and easy to keep clean.
Easier to assemble thanks to the clever dowels that are simple to press into the pre-drilled holes and expand when tightened.
The SKRUVBY series has a traditional look with solitaire storage units that can be coordinated. This TV solution with open storage adds a warm feel to the room – you can fill it with things you love!

Posted on Apr 06, 2024I'm trying to assemble the Skruvby TV storage combination, but I'm having trouble getting one of the shelves to stay in place. The dowels seem to be slipping out of the pre-drilled holes. Is there a specific way to tighten them or is it possible that I've damaged the shelf during assembly?

Answered on Apr 08, 2024It sounds like you may be having an issue with the dowels not staying securely in the pre-drilled holes on the shelf. Here are a few troubleshooting tips that may help:
First, ensure you are pressing the dowels firmly into the holes before tightening. The dowels should click into place. If they seem loose, try applying a small amount of wood glue to the dowel before inserting it.
Next, when tightening the screws or bolts that hold the shelf in place, do not overtighten. This can cause the dowels to become dislodged. Tighten the hardware just until the shelf is secure, being careful not to over-tighten.
If the dowels continue slipping, it's possible the pre-drilled holes on the shelf have become enlarged or damaged during assembly. In this case, you may need to carefully drill new pilot holes slightly smaller than the dowel size to get a tighter fit.
Take your time and double-check each step. With a little patience, you should be able to get that shelf secured properly. Let me know if you have any other questions

Posted on Jan 27, 2023I've assembled my Skruvby TV storage combination, but I'm having trouble getting the shelves to stay in place. They seem to slide off when I put heavy objects on them. Are there any specific screws or adjustments that need to be made to secure the shelves properly?

Answered on Jan 29, 2023To secure the shelves on your SKRUVBY TV storage combination, you'll need to make sure the shelf pins are properly inserted and tightened. Here are the steps:
1. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the side panels where the shelf pins will go. Make sure these holes are clear of any debris.
2. Firmly insert the shelf pins into the pre-drilled holes, pressing them in until they click into place.
3. Gently place the shelves onto the shelf pins, making sure they are level and centered.
4. Once the shelves are in position, use a screwdriver to tighten the shelf pins. This will expand the pins and lock the shelves securely in place.
5. Test the shelves by placing some weight on them. They should now stay firmly in position without sliding.
