Posted on Aug 21, 2023I've assembled the Trofast storage system, but I'm having trouble getting the boxes to slide in and out smoothly. Are there any tips on how to adjust the guide rails or make sure the boxes fit properly?

Answered on Aug 23, 2023To help the Trofast boxes slide in and out smoothly, here are a few tips:
- Ensure the guide rails are properly installed and aligned. Check that they are level and spaced evenly to accommodate the boxes.
- Make sure the boxes are inserted correctly into the guide rails. The boxes should sit flush against the back of the frame.
- If the boxes feel too tight, gently bend the guide rails outward slightly to create more clearance. Avoid bending them too much as this can make the fit too loose.
- Inspect the boxes for any burrs or rough edges that may be catching on the rails. Lightly sand those areas to smooth them out.
- Apply a small amount of furniture polish or wax to the guide rails to reduce friction and improve the sliding motion.
With some minor adjustments, you should be able to get the Trofast boxes gliding in and out easily. Let me know if you have any other questions
