Posted on Oct 14, 2022I recently purchased the HAVSTA storage combination w/glass doors, dark brown. I'm having some issues with the shelves not being level. The instructions didn't provide any guidance on how to adjust them. Can you please provide advice or a solution to this problem?

Answered on Oct 16, 2022To adjust the shelves on the HAVSTA storage combination so they are level:
1. Locate the shelf pins that the shelves rest on. These are typically small plastic or metal pins inserted into pre-drilled holes on the side panels.
2. Gently remove the shelf by lifting it up and out. Be careful not to damage the pins.
3. Identify any pins that are not inserted evenly or are not providing a stable base for the shelf. You may need to push these pins in further or adjust their position slightly.
4. Once the pins are aligned properly, carefully place the shelf back on top, ensuring it sits level on the pins.
5. Check the shelf for levelness and make any necessary adjustments to the pins until the shelf is perfectly level.
6. Repeat this process for any other shelves that are not sitting level.
The key is ensuring the shelf pins are evenly inserted and providing a stable, level foundation for the glass shelves. With some minor adjustments, you should be able to get the shelves perfectly level
