Posted on May 05, 2023I'm having an issue with the glass bowl's base ring not being securely attached to the countertop. The sink is slightly uneven and wobbles when water is running. What are my options for fixing this issue? Can I replace just the base ring or do I need to replace the entire sink cabinet?

In this case, you may be able to fix the issue by re-attaching the base ring to the countertop. First, try tightening the screws or bolts that secure the base ring to the countertop. If that does not resolve the issue, you may need to remove the base ring, clean the surfaces, and re-attach it using a strong adhesive or sealant made for bathroom fixtures.
Replacing just the base ring, without having to replace the entire sink cabinet, should be a viable option to fix the problem, as long as the rest of the cabinet and countertop are in good condition. However, if the issue persists or the cabinet itself is damaged, then you may need to replace the entire GODMORGON/TOLKEN / OXMYREN sink cabinet
