Answered on Oct 16, 2023The VADHEIM upholstered bed frame is designed to accommodate a wide range of mattress thicknesses. The adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses, so a thicker mattress should fit properly. As long as the mattress dimensions match the recommended sizes of 79 1/2" length and 76" width, the VADHEIM bed frame should be able to accommodate your thicker mattress without any issues
