The drawers are easy to open and spacious enough with room for toys, clothes and other gadgets that teenagers usually like to "store" on the floor.

Soft edges, recessed handles and just a few visible fittings make the bedframe safe and give it a clean design.

You can easily adapt the timeless look based on your taste and personal style by completing with different bed textiles, pillows and accessories.

The shelf section can be attached at the headboard or footboard of the bed.

If you need extra storage close at hand, you can hang MÖJLIGHET bed pocket over the headboard or footboard of the bed.

You can also use the bed as a room divider since the back is covered and lacquered in the same color as the rest of the frame.

If you have a thick rug, the drawers at the bottom are still easy to open since the bottom of the frame is slightly higher.

A teenager's dream. A nice bed with lots of storage that swallows up everything. Allowing you to store all of your teen's stuff in a small space and at a comfortable distance.

I've just assembled the SLÄKT bed frame and I'm having trouble getting the drawers to slide out smoothly. There's a bit of resistance when trying to open them. Is there anything that could be causing this or is it just normal? Should I apply some lubricant or tighten any screws?

The resistance when opening the drawers is likely due to the drawer glides not being properly aligned or adjusted. Here are a few things you can try to improve the drawer operation:

1. Check the drawer glides - Ensure the glides on the drawers are properly seated in the frame and not obstructed. You may need to slightly adjust the positioning of the glides.

2. Tighten the screws - Verify all the screws connecting the drawer glides to the bed frame are tightened securely. Over time, the screws can become loose and cause binding.

3. Apply a small amount of lubricant - You can try applying a silicone-based lubricant or furniture polish to the drawer glides to reduce friction and improve the smoothness.

4. Adjust the drawer height - There are usually small adjustments you can make to raise or lower the drawers slightly to get the perfect fit and smooth operation.

Try these steps first before considering any major disassembly. With a bit of fine-tuning, you should be able to get the drawers sliding smoothly on your new SLÄKT bed frame

I've assembled the SLÄKT bed frame and it's beautiful! However, I'm having trouble opening the drawers from the bottom. The instructions say that the frames are easy to open and spacious enough, but mine seem stuck. What could be causing this issue?

Is there a trick to making them easier to open?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the drawer slides or rollers on your SLÄKT bed frame. Here are a few things you can try to make the drawers easier to open:

First, check that the drawers are properly installed and aligned within the frame. Ensure the drawer slides are fully extended and not obstructed by any debris or clothing inside the drawers.

You can also try lubricating the drawer slides. Use a silicone-based lubricant or furniture polish to reduce friction and make the drawers glide more smoothly.

If the drawers still seem stuck, the issue may be with the plastic rollers or wheels on the bottom of the drawers. These can sometimes become misaligned or worn down over time. You may need to replace the rollers to restore smooth drawer operation.

Lastly, make sure the bed frame is level on the floor. An uneven surface can cause the drawers to bind. Try adjusting the leveling feet or placing shims under the frame as needed.

With a little troubleshooting, you should be able to get those drawers opening and closing with ease. Let me know if you have any other questions

Can the shelf be attached to either side of the bed, or is it only meant to be attached to the headboard or footboard?

The shelf section can be attached at the headboard or footboard of the bed. The product description states that "The shelf section can be attached at the headboard or footboard of the bed." It does not mention the shelf being able to be attached to the sides of the bed frame
