The storage boxes are easy to roll out and in thanks to the castors on the base.
MALM bed storage boxes work perfectly with MALM bed frame. They fit neatly into the space under the bed and will be flush against sides.
You can sit up comfortably in bed thanks to the high headboard – just prop some pillows behind your back and you will have a comfortable place to read or watch TV.

Posted on Apr 13, 2024I have noticed that the storage drawers do not slide out smoothly as described. They tend to get stuck or drag when pulled out. Have you had any other customers report this issue?
Is there a solution to resolve this problem?

Posted on Apr 17, 2023I'd like to ask a few questions about the MALM bed frame. Can I adjust the headboard height? If so, how do I do it? And also, are the storage boxes adjustable in terms of width and depth to fit larger items?

Answered on Apr 19, 2023The MALM bed frame does not allow for adjusting the headboard height. The headboard height is fixed at 39 3/8" (100 cm).
However, the storage boxes under the bed are adjustable in terms of width and depth. The drawer width (inside) is 36 1/4" (92 cm) and the drawer depth (inside) is 23 1/4" (59 cm). This allows you to accommodate larger items in the storage boxes if needed. The boxes are also easy to roll out and in thanks to the casters on the base, providing convenient access to the stored items
