Posted on Oct 14, 2023I love the design of this bed frame! I have a question regarding the storage boxes. Are they designed to be easily removable or are they fixed in place? And is there any space between the bed frame and the footboard for storing items like shoes, slippers, etc.?

Answered on Oct 16, 2023The storage boxes under the HEMNES bed frame are designed to be easily removable. You can pull them out to access the contents inside or remove them completely if needed.
As for the space between the bed frame and the footboard, there is approximately 7 inches (18 cm) of clearance. This space can be used to store small items like shoes, slippers, or other bedside essentials. Just be mindful not to overfill the space as it may interfere with the operation of the drawers

Posted on Sep 09, 2022I love the design and functionality of this bed frame! However, I have a concern about the storage boxes. Are they removable or fixed to the bed frame? If removable, can I adjust their placement under the bed or are they only suitable for specific mattress thicknesses?

Answered on Sep 11, 2022The storage boxes on the HEMNES Bed frame are removable, so you can adjust their placement under the bed. They are not fixed to the bed frame. The adjustable bed sides also allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses, so you can position the storage boxes as needed to accommodate your specific mattress. You have the flexibility to arrange the storage boxes in a way that works best for your needs
