I'm trying to assemble a coffee table with these legs. However, I'm having trouble getting the screws to fit snugly into the holes on the legs. It seems like they're slightly off-center or misaligned. What is the recommended method for ensuring proper alignment of the screws and holes?

I'd like to ask, can I use these legs for a table that's slightly wider than the specified width of 2 3/4"? Will they still provide adequate support and stability?

The BRENNÅSEN legs can likely support a table that is slightly wider than the specified 2 3/4" width, but the stability and weight capacity may be affected. Solid wood legs are generally quite sturdy, but increasing the table top width beyond the leg footprint could compromise the overall stability. I would recommend staying as close to the specified width as possible for optimal support and to avoid any wobbling or unsteadiness. If you need to support a significantly wider tabletop, you may want to consider a different leg option designed for larger surfaces

I received the Brennåsen legs, but one of them is slightly different from the others in terms of color. It has a darker stain than the rest. Is this normal or could there be an issue with the product?
