Posted on Feb 06, 2023I have recently purchased the GLADSTAD upholstered bed frame in Kabusa light gray, Full size. I love the design and comfort it provides. However, I was wondering if there is any way to clean or remove stains from the cover without damaging it? Specifically, I had a minor spill of wine on the headboard yesterday and I'm looking for advice on how to get rid of the stain.

Answered on Feb 08, 2023To remove a wine stain from the GLADSTAD upholstered bed frame cover, you can try the following steps:
1. Blot the stain immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth or paper towels to soak up as much of the spill as possible. Avoid rubbing, as this can spread the stain.
2. Mix a solution of mild detergent and lukewarm water. Dip a clean sponge or soft-bristled brush into the solution and gently dab the stained area. Avoid soaking the fabric.
3. If the stain persists, you can try using a small amount of white vinegar or a specialized upholstery cleaner. Test the solution on a discreet area first to ensure it doesn't discolor or damage the fabric.
4. Rinse the area with a clean, damp cloth to remove any cleaning solution residue.
5. Allow the headboard to air dry completely before using the bed again.
Be gentle and avoid excessive scrubbing or soaking the fabric, as this could damage the KABUSA cover. With a little care, you should be able to remove the wine stain without any issues
