Posted on Jul 30, 2022I just moved into a new apartment and I'm excited to set up my bedroom with the Brimnes bed frame. However, I noticed that one of the drawers under the bed is slightly damaged during shipping. Can I exchange it for a new one or get a discount on the bed frame?

Answered on Aug 01, 2022You can contact IKEA customer service to request a replacement part for the damaged drawer. IKEA has a generous returns and exchanges policy, so they should be able to send you a new drawer free of charge. Explain the issue with the damaged drawer and they will guide you through the process to get a replacement. This should not require returning the entire bed frame, just the one faulty drawer component. IKEA wants to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, so they will work with you to resolve this problem
