They seem to close a bit too slowly for my liking

Answered on Nov 12, 2022The soft-closing function on the drawers of the BESTÅ storage combination cannot be adjusted. This feature is built-in and designed to close the drawers slowly and quietly. If you find the drawers are closing too slowly for your preference, the only option would be to disable the soft-closing mechanism entirely. This would involve removing the drawer slides and replacing them with standard drawer glides that do not have the soft-close function. However, this modification would not be recommended, as it would compromise the intended design and functionality of the BESTÅ unit

Posted on Oct 03, 2022I have a BESTÅ Storage combination with drawers and I'm experiencing an issue with one of the drawers being stuck. It doesn't open or close properly anymore. Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take to resolve this issue?
