The mattress we currently own is slightly larger than the one specified in your product dimensions (74 3/8" x 53 1/8"). Will it still fit comfortably on this bed frame, or would you recommend upgrading to a mattress that meets the recommended size?

Answered on Mar 01, 2024The HEMNES bed frame can accommodate a slightly larger mattress than the recommended size. The adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses, so your current mattress that is slightly larger than the specified dimensions should fit comfortably on this bed frame. You do not need to upgrade to a new mattress that meets the recommended size, as the HEMNES frame is designed to be flexible in this regard. The important thing is that the mattress dimensions do not exceed the bed frame's overall length and width measurements
