Posted on Dec 21, 2023I have just assembled the Hemnes bed frame with storage boxes and I am having trouble getting the drawers to slide in smoothly. Is it normal for them to be a bit stiff at first, or could there be an issue with the assembly?

Answered on Dec 23, 2023It is normal for the drawers on the HEMNES bed frame to be a bit stiff when first assembled. The drawers are designed to fit snugly to prevent them from sliding open accidentally. Over time and with use, the drawers will become smoother and easier to open and close. Ensure that the drawer slides are properly installed and the drawers are aligned correctly. If the drawers continue to be excessively difficult to operate after some initial use, you may need to check the assembly and make minor adjustments. With proper installation, the HEMNES drawers should operate smoothly

Posted on Sep 01, 2023I love the design and functionality of this bed frame. However, I'm having trouble fitting my mattress onto it. The dimensions listed suggest that the mattress length is 74 3/8" but I've measured mine at 76". Is there any flexibility with the bed frame's design to accommodate a slightly longer mattress?

Answered on Sep 03, 2023The HEMNES bed frame is designed to accommodate mattresses up to 74 3/8" in length. However, there is some flexibility in the design that may allow you to use a slightly longer 76" mattress.
The adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses, so a 76" mattress may still fit on the frame. You can try adjusting the bed sides to see if the longer mattress can be accommodated.
Additionally, the overall length of the bed frame is 79 1/8", which provides some extra space beyond the recommended 74 3/8" mattress length. This extra space may be enough to fit your 76" mattress, though it may hang over the edge slightly.
I would recommend trying the 76" mattress on the HEMNES frame and seeing if it fits securely. If there are any gaps or the mattress doesn't sit properly, you may need to look for a different bed frame that is designed for a 76" mattress

Posted on May 17, 2023I recently purchased the HEMNES bed frame with storage boxes. I'm having trouble assembling it and need some guidance. Can you provide a link or instructions on how to assemble the headboard and attach the storage boxes?
