Answered on Mar 08, 2023The HEMNES bed frame with 4 storage boxes has drawers that are attached to the bed frame using a clipping mechanism. The drawers are not screwed directly into the frame. To attach the storage boxes, you simply need to align the clips on the back of the drawer units with the corresponding slots on the bed frame and push them into place until they click securely. No tools are required for this assembly step
