Ample storage space is hidden neatly under the bed in 2 large drawers. Perfect for storing duvets, pillows and bed linen.
The storage boxes are easy to roll out and in thanks to the castors on the base.
MALM bed storage boxes work perfectly with MALM bed frame. They fit neatly into the space under the bed and will be flush against sides.
You can sit up comfortably in bed thanks to the high headboard – just prop some pillows behind your back and you will have a comfortable place to read or watch TV.
This versatile bed frame will look great with your choice of textiles and bedroom furniture.
Adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses.
LURÖY slatted bed base with curved slats helps to absorb your body weight and supports your body, while the open construction allows air to circulate and keeps the mattress fresh.
A clean design that’s just as beautiful on all sides – place the bed on its own or with the headboard against a wall. You also get spacious storage boxes that roll out smoothly on casters.

Posted on Mar 17, 2024I have a slight issue with the storage boxes not rolling out smoothly on their castors. They get stuck sometimes and are quite difficult to move. Have you any suggestions or tips on how to improve this?

Answered on Mar 19, 2024To improve the smooth rolling of the storage boxes, I would suggest the following:
1. Check the castors: Ensure that the castors on the storage boxes are not damaged or obstructed. If they appear worn or dirty, you can try cleaning them with a damp cloth.
2. Lubricate the castors: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant or furniture polish to the castors. This will help reduce friction and improve the rolling motion.
3. Adjust the box placement: Make sure the storage boxes are positioned correctly within the bed frame. Ensure they are not rubbing against the sides or the bed frame, which could cause them to get stuck.
4. Check the floor surface: The storage boxes may have difficulty rolling smoothly on certain floor surfaces, such as carpets or uneven floors. Try moving the bed to a different location with a smoother floor surface.
5. Inspect the box slides: Examine the slides or rails that the storage boxes run on. If they are damaged or not properly aligned, it could cause the boxes to get stuck. You may need to replace or adjust the slides.
By following these steps, you should be able to improve the smooth rolling of the storage boxes and make them easier to use

Posted on Oct 09, 2022I'm trying to assemble the MALM bed frame, but I'm having trouble getting the headboard to attach properly. The screws are supposed to fit into little holes on the side of the headboard, but they're not quite lining up. Are these holes adjustable or is there something else I can try?

Answered on Oct 11, 2022The headboard attachment holes on the MALM bed frame are not adjustable. Here are a few things you can try to get the headboard properly aligned:
1. Double-check that you have all the correct parts and that they are oriented properly. Ensure the headboard is positioned correctly on the bed frame.
2. Gently tap the headboard into place using a rubber mallet. This can help the screw holes align properly.
3. If the holes still don't line up, try slightly loosening the screws that attach the side rails to the bed frame. This may give you enough flexibility to get the headboard aligned.
4. Ensure the bed frame is placed on a level surface. An uneven floor can cause misalignment of the components.
5. As a last resort, you may need to enlarge the screw holes slightly using a drill bit. Be careful not to damage the headboard.
Take your time and double-check the assembly instructions. With a bit of patience, you should be able to get the headboard properly attached
