Posted on Dec 10, 2023I'm having some issues with the storage boxes. They don't slide in and out smoothly, they get stuck sometimes. Is there a trick to lubricating them or should I be looking at replacing them?

Posted on Oct 04, 2023I've assembled the bed frame, but I'm having trouble opening one of the storage boxes. The lid is slightly stuck and won't budge. Are there any tips or tricks to help me open it smoothly?

Answered on Oct 06, 2023To help open the stuck storage box lid, try the following:
1. Ensure the box is fully installed and secured properly to the bed frame. Verify all screws and fittings are tightened.
2. Gently tap the lid along the edges to loosen it. Avoid applying excessive force as this could damage the box.
3. Try lubricating the lid hinges with a small amount of silicone-based lubricant or furniture polish. This can help reduce friction and allow the lid to open smoothly.
4. If the lid is still stuck, you may need to slightly adjust the hinges. Carefully loosen the hinge screws, reposition the lid, then retighten the screws.
5. As a last resort, you can try gently prying the lid open using a flat, soft tool, taking care not to damage the box.
