Posted on Feb 25, 2024I'm having trouble with the click-clack mechanism. When I pull up the underframe and fold down the backrest, it doesn't seem to be folding all the way down.

2. Inspect the click-clack mechanism itself. Ensure all the moving parts are free of debris and functioning properly. You may need to gently clean the mechanism.
3. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts of the click-clack mechanism. This can help improve the smooth operation.
4. When converting, pull the underframe upwards firmly and steadily. Don't force it, but apply enough pressure to fully disengage the mechanism.
5. As you fold down the backrest, guide it slowly and evenly. Avoid letting it drop abruptly, which could cause issues.
