Posted on May 13, 2023I have the Malm bed frame and I'm having trouble adjusting the bed sides to fit my thicker mattress. Can you please provide a detailed instruction on how to adjust the bed sides?

Answered on May 15, 2023To adjust the bed sides of the MALM bed frame to fit a thicker mattress, follow these steps:
1. Locate the adjustable bed side rails on the frame. These are the long horizontal pieces that connect the headboard and footboard.
2. Identify the adjustment mechanisms, which are usually small knobs or levers, along the length of the bed side rails.
3. Loosen the adjustment mechanisms by turning or pulling them to unlock the bed side rails.
4. Slide the bed side rails outward to increase the width and accommodate the thicker mattress. Ensure the rails are extended evenly on both sides.
5. Once the desired width is achieved, tighten the adjustment mechanisms to lock the bed side rails in place.
6. Double-check that the bed frame can now properly fit your thicker mattress. Make any final adjustments as needed.
