Posted on Mar 21, 2024I'm trying to use these legs on a table, but they don't seem to be the right size. The packaging says they're 2 3/4" wide and deep, but my table requires legs that are slightly wider and deeper. Are there any other leg options available from Ikea that might fit my table better?

Answered on Mar 23, 2024The BRENNÅSEN legs you have may not be the ideal size for your table. IKEA offers a variety of leg options in different sizes to accommodate different furniture needs. Some alternative leg options that may better fit your table include the ADILS legs, which are 3 1/8" wide and deep, or the OLOV legs, which are 2 7/8" wide and 2 3/4" deep. I'd recommend measuring your table's requirements carefully and then checking the IKEA website or visiting your local store to see what other leg options are available that could work better for your project

Posted on Jan 14, 2024I need to assemble the Brennåsen legs, but I'm having trouble getting the small dowel pins to fit properly into the holes.
Is there a trick or technique I can use to make them go in more smoothly?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Jan 16, 2024To help the dowel pins fit more smoothly, try lightly sanding the ends of the pins to remove any rough edges or splinters. You can also try applying a small amount of wood glue or furniture wax to the pins before inserting them. This can help them slide in more easily. Make sure the holes in the legs are clean and free of any obstructions as well. With a little patience and the right technique, you should be able to get those dowel pins in place without issue

Posted on Jun 28, 2023I am looking for a replacement leg for my Brennåsen coffee table. Unfortunately, one of the legs has been damaged and I would like to replace it with a new one. Can you provide me with the specifications or measurements of the leg so that I can confirm it is compatible before purchasing?
