Provide them with the product details such as the color (VISSLE gray), the size (full/double/twin/single), and the fact that you need a single replacement box. Answered on Sep 24, 2022The HAUGA upholstered bed storage boxes are designed to fit seamlessly with the HAUGA upholstered bed frame. They do not require any special hardware or instructions for attachment. The storage boxes simply slide into the space under the bed frame. The castors on the base allow you to easily roll the boxes in and out as needed to access the stored items. No additional assembly or installation is required - the storage boxes are a standalone piece that work in conjunction with the HAUGA bed frame
