How do I assemble the headboard and footboard? There is no instruction manual included with my purchase.

I'm interested in purchasing this Sagstua bed frame, but I have a few questions. Can the brass-colored details be removed or replaced if I decide to change my decor style? Additionally, are there any specific instructions for assembling and disassembling the bed frame, as it may need to be moved or rearranged in the future?

I have the Sagstua bed frame and I'm having trouble assembling it. Can you provide me with a manual or instructions on how to put it together?
The packaging didn't come with any detailed instructions and I'm getting frustrated trying to figure it out on my own

The SAGSTUA bed frame does not come with a printed assembly manual, but you can find the instructions online on the IKEA website. Here are the steps to assemble the bed frame:

1. Lay out all the parts and hardware to ensure you have everything needed.
2. Start by attaching the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the screws and bolts provided.
3. Next, connect the center support beam to the side rails. Make sure all connections are tight.
4. Attach the leg pieces to the bottom of the side rails and footboard. Ensure the legs are securely in place.
5. Finally, place the mattress foundation or box spring on top of the assembled bed frame.

I would like to know if the sagstua bed frame is compatible with a platform bed mattress. The dimensions of the headboard and footboard seem to be quite high, but I'm not sure if it would work well with a thicker platform mattress. Can you please confirm if this bed frame can accommodate a platform mattress or not?
