The sleeper sofa has a 4¾" thick bed mattress in high resilience foam that provides comfortable support to your body and a smooth sleeping surface without disturbing joints.
The bed slats work together with the mattress to give a more flexible comfort and nice sleep support.
This sofa converts quickly and easily into a spacious bed when you remove the back cushions and pull out the underframe. You can use the sofa's back cushions to get a comfortable back support to lean against in the bed.
The mattress is easy to keep clean since you can remove the mattress cover and machine wash it.

The cushions keep falling off when I try to pull out the underframe. Is there a specific way to attach or secure the back cushions so they stay in place during conversion?

Answered on Apr 21, 2023To fold out the HÄRLANDA sleeper sofa:
1. Remove the back cushions.
2. Pull out the underframe to extend the sofa into a bed.
3. The bed slats and 4.75" thick mattress will provide a comfortable sleeping surface.
4. You can use the sofa's back cushions to get additional back support while in the bed position.
The process is quick and easy, allowing you to convert the sofa into a spacious bed without any complicated steps. The mattress and bed slats are designed to give flexible comfort and good sleep support
