Posted on Mar 08, 2024I love the design and quality of this cabinet, but I have a few questions. Can you confirm if the drawers can be adjusted to fit specific items, such as towels or toiletries? Also, are the drawers fixed in place when closed, so they don't accidentally open while moving around the bathroom?

Answered on Mar 10, 2024The drawers in the GODMORGON/TOLKEN / HÖRVIK cabinet can be adjusted to fit specific items. The deep bottom drawer has ample space for larger items like towels and a hairdryer, while the top drawer is suitable for smaller items like brushes, creams, and accessories.
Additionally, the drawers are designed to stay securely closed when shut. They feature a smooth-running mechanism with a pull-out stop that allows the drawers to open fully without falling out. The soft-closing mechanism also ensures the drawers close gently, preventing fingers from getting trapped

Posted on Jun 06, 2023I noticed that the sink is quite small and the faucet is not centered. Is there a way to adjust the position of the faucet or is it fixed? Additionally, are the drawers designed to hold a certain amount of weight or is there any specific guidance on what types of items should be stored in them?

Posted on May 12, 2023I've assembled the Godmorgon/Hörvik cabinet and everything seems fine, except for one issue. The left drawer doesn't slide out smoothly like the right one does. It feels stuck or catches sometimes when I try to open it fully. Have you any tips on how to fix this or is there a specific adjustment that needs to be made?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on May 14, 2023The issue with the left drawer not sliding out smoothly is likely due to an alignment problem. Here are a few steps you can try to fix it:
1. Check if the drawer is properly mounted on the drawer runners. Ensure that the runners are securely attached to the cabinet and the drawer is properly clipped onto the runners.
2. Adjust the drawer alignment. There are usually small screws or mechanisms on the drawer runners that allow you to adjust the horizontal and vertical positioning of the drawer. Try adjusting these slightly to see if it improves the smooth operation.
3. Lubricate the drawer runners. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the drawer runners. This can help reduce friction and make the drawer slide more smoothly.
4. Inspect the drawer sides. Make sure there are no obstructions or debris preventing the drawer from sliding freely. Clean the drawer sides and runners if necessary.
5. As a last resort, you can also try adjusting the tension of the soft-closing mechanism, if present. Refer to the assembly instructions for guidance on how to do this correctly.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue with the left drawer and get it sliding as smoothly as the right one
