Posted on Oct 04, 2023I've assembled my PAX wardrobe combination, but I'm having trouble closing the doors smoothly. The hinges seem to be stiff or maybe there's an issue with the door alignment. Is it normal for the doors to take some time to adjust or is there something specific I can do to improve the smoothness of the closure?

Posted on Sep 04, 2022I am having trouble with the drawer not closing properly due to the floor being uneven. Are there any adjustments I can make to the adjustable feet or is it recommended that I use shims underneath the wardrobe?

Answered on Sep 06, 2022To address the issue of the drawer not closing properly due to an uneven floor, you can try adjusting the adjustable feet on the PAX / GRIMO wardrobe. The adjustable feet are designed to compensate for irregularities in the floor, allowing you to level the wardrobe.
First, locate the adjustable feet at the bottom of the wardrobe. Gently turn the feet clockwise or counterclockwise to raise or lower the wardrobe until the drawer closes properly. You may need to adjust each foot individually to ensure the wardrobe is level.
If the adjustable feet are not enough to fully level the wardrobe, you can also use shims underneath the wardrobe to provide additional support and stability. Carefully place shims under the adjustable feet, making sure the wardrobe is level and the drawer can close smoothly.
