Posted on Sep 18, 2023I'm having trouble with the BOAXEL wardrobe combination. The shelves seem to be slightly uneven and causing my storage baskets to slide around when I try to place them on it. Is there a way to adjust or fix this issue?

1. Locate the brackets that are supporting the shelves. These are the metal pieces attached to the wall that the shelves click into.
2. Gently remove the shelves from the brackets.
3. Adjust the position of the brackets on the wall as needed to level them out. You may need to loosen the screws slightly to reposition the brackets.
4. Once the brackets are level, reattach the shelves. They should now provide a stable, even surface for your storage baskets.
5. Test the shelves by placing the baskets on them. Make any final adjustments to the bracket positions until the shelves are completely level.

Answered on Jan 01, 2023To properly install the BOAXEL wardrobe brackets to the wall, follow these steps:
1. Locate the wall studs where you plan to mount the brackets. Use a stud finder to identify the solid wood areas.
2. Mark the bracket placement on the wall, ensuring they are level and evenly spaced. The brackets should be securely anchored into the wall studs.
3. For mounting into the wall studs, use the wood screws provided in the BOAXEL hardware kit. Screw the brackets directly into the studs.
4. If there are areas without accessible wall studs, use the included wall anchors. Drill the appropriate sized holes and insert the wall anchors before screwing in the brackets.
5. Double-check that all brackets are firmly attached to the wall before hanging the BOAXEL frames and shelves. This will ensure a stable and secure installation.
