Posted on Sep 25, 2023I have connected my SKYDRAG LED lighting strip to the TRÅDFRI driver and wireless dimmer, but it won't turn on. I've checked all connections multiple times, and everything seems fine. What could be causing this issue?

Answered on Sep 27, 2023It sounds like there may be an issue with the connection between the SKYDRAG LED lighting strip and the TRÅDFRI driver and wireless dimmer. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Ensure the TRÅDFRI driver is properly plugged into a power outlet and the LED lighting strip is securely connected to the driver.
2. Check that the wireless dimmer is paired correctly with the TRÅDFRI driver. You may need to follow the pairing instructions again to establish the connection.
3. Inspect the cables and connections for any damage or loose wiring. Tighten any loose connections and replace any damaged cables.
4. Try resetting the TRÅDFRI driver by unplugging it from the power source, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the LED lighting strip itself. You may need to contact IKEA customer support for further assistance
