Posted on Jan 05, 2024I'm having issues with the drawers not sliding smoothly. The soft-closing mechanism doesn't seem to be working properly, and sometimes the drawers get stuck when I try to open them. What could be causing this issue?
Is it possible to adjust or replace any parts to fix the problem?
