Posted on Oct 25, 2023I'm having some issues with the BOAXEL drying rack not staying in place when I open the sliding door. Is there a specific way to secure it or is there an adjustment that needs to be made?

Answered on Oct 27, 2023The BOAXEL drying rack is designed to be easily removable and adjustable, but it should stay in place when the sliding door is opened. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
1. Check that the drying rack is properly clicked into the BOAXEL brackets. Make sure it is securely in place and not loose.
2. Ensure the BOAXEL brackets are tightly mounted to the wall. If the brackets are loose, the drying rack may shift when the door is opened.
3. Adjust the positioning of the drying rack within the BOAXEL brackets. Try sliding it left or right to find a more stable position.
4. As a last resort, you can use a small dab of adhesive or a removable mounting strip to help keep the drying rack in place, being careful not to damage the product.

Posted on Jul 25, 2023I am having trouble installing the BOAXEL bracket to click in the interior of the SKYTTA wardrobe. The instructions seem unclear and I'm not sure how to secure it properly. Can you provide a more detailed guide or video tutorial on how to install this bracket?

Answered on Jul 27, 2023To install the BOAXEL bracket into the SKYTTA wardrobe, follow these steps:
1. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the interior sides of the wardrobe where the BOAXEL bracket will attach.
2. Position the BOAXEL bracket so the hooks align with the pre-drilled holes.
3. Gently push the bracket into the holes until you hear it click into place. The bracket should now be securely attached without needing any tools.
4. Repeat this process for all the BOAXEL brackets you want to install inside the wardrobe.
5. Once the brackets are in place, you can start adding the other BOAXEL storage components, such as the drying rack or mesh baskets, by clicking them onto the brackets.
